Teleselskaber indgår milliardhandel i Belgien

Hollandske Royal KPN sælger mobilselskab fra.

Det belgiske teleselskab Telenet Group Holding overtager mobilselskabet Base for 1,33 mia. euro, eller lige under 10 mia. kr. Sælger er hollandske Royal KPN.

Det fremgår af Bloomberg News.

Købesummen svarer til cirka otte gange den estimerede driftsindtjening opgjort før af- og nedskrivninger, EBITDA.

KPN forsøgte også at sælge Base i 2012, men opgav, da buddene var for lave, skriver Bloomberg.

Efter salget har KPN alene aktiviteter i Holland.
