Børsnoteringen af det færøske selskab omfatter 1.050.000 nye aktier

Det færøske gas- og olieselskab Atlantic Petroleum gennemfører sin børsnotering i Oslo.

Det meddeler Atlantic Petroleum sent tirsdag aften i en meddelelse på sin hjemmeside.

Prisen for en aktie i det færøske selskab kommer til at ligge på 140 nkr., hvilket er i bunden af det indikative interval på 140-160 nkr.

Børsnoteringen omfatter 1.050.000 nye aktier. Hertil kommer muligheden for, at emissionsbankerne udnytter en overtildelingsret på ekstra 157.500 aktier.

Bruttoprovenuet fra noteringen vil lande på 147-169 mio. kr. alt efter om overtildelingsretten udnyttes. Nettoprovenuet bliver på 128-150 mio. kr.
