Danish super-chef René Redzepi is featured in the latest edition of the BBC’s flagship news interview programme, Hard Talk.

Mr Redzepi’s Noma restaurant, situated in the Christianshavn district of Copenhagen, was named the world’s best in both 2010 and 2011 and specialises in untraditional Danish and Nordic food sources – including insects.

Asked to taste a liquid that’s fermented for six months, and which originally was mold, BBC interviewer Stephen Sackur smiles nervously but accepts the offer - and is positively surprised by the taste. See Hard Talk.
